Before running the belt line, you must first confirm that the belt line equipment, personnel and the items being transported are in a safe and undamaged state; second, check that all moving parts are normal and free of foreign objects, and that all wires are normal. Only when the belt line is in normal use. Check that the difference between the power supply voltage and the rated voltage of the device does not exceed ± 5%.
The following operations must be performed on the belt line:
1. Turn on the main power switch and check whether the power of the device is normal and the power indicator is on. When normal, proceed to the next operation.
2. Close the power switch of each circuit and check whether it is normal. Under normal conditions: the equipment is not working, the belt line running indicator is off, the power indicator of the inverter and other equipment is on, and the inverter display panel is normal (no fault code display).
3. Start each electrical device in turn according to the processing flow. After the previous electrical equipment has started normally (the motor or other equipment has reached normal speed and normal state), start the next electrical equipment.
In the operation of the belt line, the provisions of the articles in the design of the transported items must be observed, and the design capacity of the belt line must be observed. Secondly, we must note that all types of personnel must not touch the moving parts of the belt line, and non-professionals must not touch the electrical components and control buttons at will. During belt line operation, the back-end of the inverter cannot be disconnected. If it is determined that maintenance is required, maintenance must be performed with the frequency converter stopped, otherwise the frequency converter may be damaged.
